TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1.  A booking form will be posted/emailed to you upon request.
  2. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the holiday cost is required at the time of booking. 

  3. Full payment (minus deposit) is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. We reserve the right to accept other bookings if full payment has not been received within this time. Should such a booking be taken, a full refund of the deposit will be made.

  4. If a booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival, full payment will be required upon booking.

  5. We do not provide cancellation insurance.
  6. Our cancellation policy is: ~ More than 4 week's notice, the deposit of 20% is required; ~ 2 - 4 week's notice, 50% of the holiday cost is required; ~ Less than 2 week's notice, 100% of holiday cost is required; ~ If cancellation occurs, we will endeavour to find alternative dates if required.

  7. Accommodation is available from 11.00am Sunday, or day of arrival (earlier by prior arrangement) til 4.00 pm the following Saturday, or day of departure (flexible depending on the needs of the family).

  8. Minimum length of stay is 2 nights. Guests staying for less than 6 nights will be charged at a nightly rate. If 6 or more nights are booked, but involve a changeover of guests during that time, it will be treated as short breaks and nightly rates will apply.
  9. We operate a no smoking policy, however we provide a designated smoking area.

  10. Other than assistance dogs, no pets are allowed (due to respect for potential allergies of other guests).

  11. An information pack with more detailed information is provided.

  12. Please inform the owners if an online grocery delivery is required. (Specific delivery instructions need to be given).

  13. Please inform the owners of any specific requirements you may have.

  14. All bed linen and hand towels/tea towels are provided.

  15. All rubbish must be separated into recyclables/food/other and placed in the designated bins for collection.

  16. We do not provide risk assessments as the individual needs of our guests vary, but a comprehensive description of the property is available upon request.
  17. Any breakages/damages or faulty equipment must be reported to the owners prior to departure so replacements can be made as soon as possible and before further guests arrive.

  18. Any complaints must be reported to the owners prior to departure so these can be addressed.

  19. We believe that Autism Family Holidays offers a safe and secure environment but cannot guarantee that it will be suitable for everyone. It is the responsibility of parents/carers to ensure individuals are supervised as deemed necessary to ensure safety to the individual.

  20. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking.
