Beaumaris Castle

Caernarfon Castle is one of Wales's most impressive castles. It was built in the 13th century during the reign of King Edward I on what had previously been the location of a Norman Motte and Bailey castle.

Beaumaris Castle also built by King Edward I in the 13th Century is one of the most sophisticated examples of medieval architecture in Britain.

Harlech Castle Is another castle built by King Edward I and is one of Britain's most familiar castles.

Criccieth Castle built at the beginning of the 13th century is more of a ruin than the above castles, but still well worth a visit.
